Fudale Events had the incredible opportunity to serve as consultants for a corporate event in Lisbon, Portugal. This year-long planning journey culminated in a spectacular celebration evening for 1,400 guests attending a client’s user conference. The event, hosted at the historic Pavilhão Carlos Lopes in the heart of Lisbon, was designed to immerse attendees in the rich culture of Portugal through food, music, and entertainment.
Setting the Stage: Themed Entertainment
Guests were welcomed with an array of thematic touches, beginning with saxophonists and greeters dressed in stunning outfits inspired by traditional Portuguese tiles. To deepen the cultural immersion, impersonators of iconic Portuguese figures, Fernando Pessoa and Amália Rodrigues, mingled with the crowd, setting a whimsical tone for the evening.
The event kicked off with a large dinner buffet accompanied by soothing jazz and lounge music, giving guests a chance to explore the venue and enjoy the culinary offerings.
Elevating the Energy
As the evening progressed, the atmosphere became electrifying. A solo electric cello performance marked the shift, captivating the audience with its intensity. This was followed by synchronized acrobats whose strength and artistry created an unforgettable spectacle.
The crescendo continued with a flash mob featuring dancers and aerialists, their colorful costumes and choreography inspired by Lisbon’s iconic Pink Street. The flash mob’s grand finale saw breakdancers portraying Amália Rodrigues and Fernando Pessoa, who surprised the audience by opening the dance floor in a playful, engaging manner.
The Highlight: DJ ACRAZE
The night’s climax was the introduction of renowned DJ ACRAZE. His entrance was a choreographed masterpiece, featuring dancers performing with panels resembling Portuguese tiles. The high-energy DJ set was complemented by dazzling lights and visual effects, creating a futuristic ambiance that left the crowd in awe. A standout moment was the appearance of Evadress, an LED-dressed entertainer whose luminous outfit added a magical touch to the performance.
Interactive Experiences and Cultural Showcases
For guests exploring the rest of the venue, a variety of interactive activities awaited. Portuguese artisans hosted tile workshops, inviting attendees to create their own pieces of art. An animator camouflaged in body paint blended seamlessly into a tiled wall, surprising passersby. Guests also enjoyed a selfie mirror photobooth and a 360° photobooth, ensuring they left with tangible memories of the night.

The evening’s menu was a tribute to Portugal’s culinary heritage, featuring:
Soup: Tomato cream with poached egg and sprouts.
Salad Station: Chickpea salad with codfish, octopus salad, marinated mackerel, and more.
Portuguese Fritters and Puff Pastry: Options like duck puff pastry with mushrooms and beef croquettes.
Cheese and Charcuterie: A curated selection of cheeses and black pork cold cuts.
Main Courses: Shrimp bread stew, flambéed loin with Portuguese sauce, and vegetable curry with sweet potatoes.
Dessert Station: Highlights included rice pudding, dark chocolate cake, mini pastéis de nata, and a breathtaking chocolate display called “The Beach.”
